The Challenge

Bloomwell is a specialized program that provides ABA therapy and treatment for children for autism. They were opening up a new division in the Twin Cities and they wanted a space that was part office, part medical, centrally located, and was highly accessible.

The Solution

Bloomwell chose a space inside of Xerxes Plaza in Bloomington because it already had several of the amenities they needed, such as washing stations and private restrooms. The Suntide construction team completed the rest of the 6,593 SF build-out. The project included new framing, new carpet and luxury vinyl planks, paint, reception, break room, plumbing, electrical, restrooms, and several large classrooms. The result is a colorful, child-friendly space where children can learn and move about safely.
