Accredited Management Organization (AMO)
Suntide Commercial Realty Inc holds the distinguished “AMO” certification. The Accredited Management Organization (AMO)is a highly-coveted certification which may only be awarded to a commercial property management company who meets rather rigorous standards such as: demonstrated business stability and activity for at least three years (as independently verified), submittal of six or more letters of independent recommendation, must be able to uphold the Code of Professional Ethics, must be fidelity-bonded, and must hold both alterations and depositor’s forgery insurance coverage. There are fewer than 600 AMO certified property management companies in the world.
MNCREW (Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Women) has more than 200 members, MNCREW is recognized as the premier organization within the commercial real estate industry. As part of CREW Network, the industry’s premier networking coalition, MNCREW is dedicated to transforming the commercial real estate industry by advancing women globally. Membership encompasses all parties necessary to complete a real estate transaction including but not limited to brokers, developers, general contractors, engineers, attorneys and marketing professionals. MNCREW members are empowered by sharing their knowledge and experience.
Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA)
The Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA)is a nonprofit trade association. MSCA is the largest statewide organization devoted solely to the retail real estate industry. With over 320 companies and 780 members, the association represents developers, shopping center owners, brokers, property managers, retailers, attorneys, architects, appraisers, contractors and all professionals serving the Minnesota real estate industry.
National Association of Industrial and Office Properties
The National Association of Industrial and Office Properties is a trade association for developers, owners, investors and other professionals in industrial, office and commercial real estate. Founded in 1967, NAIOP comprises 15,000+ members in 54 chapters throughout North America.
Midway Chamber of Commerce
The Midway Chamber of Commerce represents over 320 businesses and organizations that are dedicated to Building A Stronger Midway by being a catalyst for economic development, connecting employers with resources to recruit and retain a productive workforce, and providing services that help members grow their business.
Minnesota Council of Nonprofits (MCN)
The Minnesota Council of Nonprofits (MCN) was founded in 1987 to meet the increasing information needs of nonprofits and to convene nonprofits to address issues facing the sector. It is the largest state association of nonprofits in the U.S. Through MCN, nonprofits join together across interest areas to work on issues of common concern.

Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM)
Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) has been the source for education, resources, information and membership for real estate management professionals. An affiliate of the National Association of Realtors, IREM is the only professional real estate management association serving both the multi-family and commercial real estate sectors. With 80 U.S. chapters, eight international chapters and several other partnerships around the globe, IREM is an international organization that also serves as an advocate on issues affecting the real estate management industry. Barb Schuba of Suntide is also Certified Property Management certified (“CPM”) through IREM, and hold this AMO designation on the behalf of Suntide.
MNCAR (Minnesota Commercial Association of Real Estate) is a cooperative commercial real estate community. With a track record of providing the most accurate information, future-focused education, and invaluable connections. The MNCAR vision is to be the preeminent resource connecting knowledgeable, commercial real estate brokers in Minnesota. We aim to serve as a flagship model to other real estate associations and to provide industry leadership nationwide, and we have a searchable database of more than 114 million square feet of CRE space in Minnesota.
Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM)
A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. A CCIM is an invaluable resource to the commercial real estate owner, investor, and user, and is among an elite corps of more than 9,000 professionals who hold the CCIM designation across North America and more than 30 countries. Nearly 10,000 additional professionals are pursuing the CCIM designation.
Saint Paul Area Chamber of Commerce
The Saint Paul Area Chamber of Commerce is the largest local Chamber in the state of Minnesota. Its goal is to help businesses in the Saint Paul/East Metro area be more competitive by promoting economic growth throughout the region.

ICSC, is an organization to ensure the retail real estate industry is broadly recognized for the integral role it plays in the social, civic and economic vibrancy of communities across the globe. Founded in 1957, today it is a 70,000-member network joined together in one vibrant global community.
Boma of Greater Minneapolis
Boma of Greater Minneapolis, is a trade association representing the interests of commercial real estate in Minneapolis and its suburbs. They are one of 100 North American and nine overseas affiliates of BOMA International. They provide a broad range of services and opportunities unequaled by any other commercial real estate organization in the region. They provide powerful advocacy for the industry not only on important tax issues, but also on all legislative and regulatory issues that affect commercial real estate.
