June 2025 – Suntide Commercial Realty has expanded its brokerage business by adding additional agents to its team. AMK brokers Matt Klein, Andy Manthei, David Lund, and Anthony Passanante, along with Marketing Specialist Holli Taff, have joined Suntide. The team will keep its Apple Valley location as a satellite office since the majority of their transactions are in the south metro and most of their brokers live in the surrounding area.
AMK previously had been partnered with KW Commercial. “We were one of the top commercial teams for KW Commercial since we signed on there in 2011,” notes Manthei.
Manthei says it got to the point where the team was ready for a change, and it was a natural fit to join forces with Suntide. AMK’s diverse team brings more than 50 years of commercial real estate experience to Suntide. Since 2005, the group has transacted more than $500 million worth of properties comprising more than 10 million square feet. AMK’s specialties include the sale of investment property, acquisition and disposition, landlord and tenant representation, project leasing and sale/lease negotiations. Product types include office, industrial, retail, land, and select multifamily.
“Suntide has a great team of awesome employees and a really nice culture,” says Manthei. “We’ve had a relationship with Suntide for a long time, so it was an easy transition.”

Services include property management, construction, maintenance, brokerage, interior design, and accounting.
“Suntide has so many services that we can offer our clients, and that’s a huge benefit for us as agents, and for our clients,” notes Manthei. “It also gives us an opportunity to learn more about the other side of the business.”
For example, by tapping into Suntide’s expertise in dealing with contractors, property management or accounting teams, AMK brokers can better interpret these services for their clients.
Manthei says the AMK team is excited about the partnership. “We’re a pretty independent group. From a business standpoint, we just put our heads down and get to work. That’s a lot of our mentality,” he explains. “But it’s nice to have additional resources around you to help make your deals easier and provide more services for your clients.”
