Senior Associate

Tim has been a member of the Suntide sales and leasing team since 1998. He has over 35 years of diversified commercial real estate experience including site acquisition, franchising, investment sales (including hotels and motels) retail and office leasing, property sales, lease negotiation, and tenant representation. Tim was the 2012-2014 MNCAR Exchange Board President, served on the Board for Benilde-St. Margaret’s School, and is an active member of the Edina Chamber of Commerce.

Tim is focused on ways to help investors acquire solid commercial property in Minnesota, and develop longer and mid-term strategies to increase the value of his clients’ commercial portfolios. He helps investors sell excess real estate at market rates and bring nearly-vacant properties occupancy rates up in order to provide increased cash flow and equity.
