Nancy is passionate about working with family-owned businesses, blending her sharp business acumen with practical insight gained from years of handling complex transactions. She is known for her strong negotiation skills and keen interpersonal instincts, enabling her to quickly assess situations and adapt her strategy accordingly. Nancy excels at managing interactions with strong personalities, ensuring effective communication and securing the best possible outcomes. Over the years, she has guided business owners through leasing, acquisitions, and sales. She also negotiated multimillion-dollar labor and material contracts with one of the largest framing contractors in the Twin Cities, honing her ability to navigate high-stakes deals and find creative solutions under pressure.
