Matt Klein is a Senior Vice President of Suntide and a leasing agent within the AMK Properties division. He specializes in the sale of investment properties throughout the Twin Cities, and represents both property owners and investors through the acquisition and disposition process. Since 2005, Matt has transacted in excess of 400 million dollars worth of investment property comprised of more than 8 million square feet.
