Andy Manthei is a Senior Vice President and Principal of Suntide and a leasing agent within the AMK Properties Team. Andy specializes in the office and industrial leasing and sales.

Andy represents both property owners and tenants throughout the lease and sale process. He works for both institutional and entrepreneurial clients and fully understands the complexities of the entire lease and sale process, ensuring his clients are completely satisfied.

Since 2003, Andy has transacted in excess of $600 million dollars worth of office and industrial properties.

Prior to joining Suntide Commercial Realty, Andy worked as Senior Director of Brokerage Services for KW Commercial Midwest and lead a team of brokers for 14 years.  Andy was a top producer for the region every year at KW.  Andy was Vice President at JBL Companies for 8 years and was the top producer for the company.
