Position Description
We’re looking for a skilled building engineer to perform hands-on building maintenance and repairs, monitor the performance of our buildings, and suggest and make replacements when needed. The ideal candidate will be
knowledgeable with building systems, able to perform hands-on maintenance, repairs and replacements of building systems, a self-starter, motivated, organized and will be handy with a wide variety of tools and equipment.
A positive, can-do, team approach is a must. Candidate must have valid MN drivers license as this is a roving position; company vehicle provided. Wage based on experience
Job Duties
- Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on commercial buildings, equipment and grounds
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair and perform scheduled maintenance on HVAC and building equipment such as blower motors, heat pumps, furnaces, boilers and cooling towers
- Painting, patching and finishing of interior and exterior spaces
- Manage, monitor and adjust energy management systems
- Suggest and advise owners, clients, managers and team members on maintenance, repair and replacements of equipment and building systems
- Maintain and repair vehicles and maintenance equipment
- Prioritize and manage daily work schedules
- Respond to and complete work order requests
- Provide customer service to tenants and building owners
- Purchase tools and supplies as needed
- Communicate with outside vendors
- Update property managers with work performed and provide suggestions regarding repairs or replacements
- Respond to after-hours calls as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Ideal candidate should have a minimum of five years of building maintenance experience. This position requires some local travel between properties; therefore, candidate should have valid MN Driver’s license.
Uniform, smart phone, company vehicle, clothing allowance and tools are provided.
Pay: Depends on experience and qualifications.

Position Description:
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, proactive individual for a facilities manager role to oversee all aspects of facility management services for a portfolio of buildings located in Minneapolis/St. Paul and
surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have , be a self-starter, have excellent communication skills, be proficient with Word, Xcel, and Outlook, and have a valid driver’s license. Candidate must have a Minnesota Real
Estate Sales Persons license and must pass required background checks.
Job duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the facilities
- Perform frequent property site inspections
- Evaluate property for maintenance repairs and replacements needed
- Obtain proposals, obtain approvals, execute contracts, coordinate, and arrange for work to be performed
- Supervise maintenance employees and contractors/vendors; review work completed
- Respond to building emergencies and arrange for necessary repairs
- Suggest to client capital improvements that will positively affect the value of their assets
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
- Coordinate with leasing to ensure smooth transition with new tenants

Position Description
We’re looking for an experienced staff accountant to perform full-range accounting functions for the commercial properties we manage. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, organized, analytical and will possess strong problem-solving skills. Responsibilities to include:
- Prepare, record and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Record rent received.
- Review and report open receivable balances.
- Balance and reconcile monthly bank accounts.
- Post entries to general ledger.
- Process, compile and review financial statements.
- Create and balance budgets
- Calculate and distribute year-end expense adjustments.
- Maintain W9’s and process 1099’s.
- Assist with outside year-end audits.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years commercial real estate accounting experience, understand financial statements and accounting transactions, possess excellent communication and organization skills and should be efficient with Excel and Microsoft Office.
