Andy Manthei is a Senior Vice President of Suntide and a leasing agent within the AMK Properties division. Andy specializes in the office and industrial leasing and sales.

Andy represents both property owners and tenants throughout the lease and sale process. He works for both institutional and entrepreneurial clients and fully understands the complexities of the entire lease and sale process, ensuring his clients are completely satisfied.

Since 2003, Andy has transacted in excess of $100 million dollars worth of office and industrial properties.
