Matt Angleson and Colin Olson are excited to announce that the 5th floor renovation of the Wycliff building (2327 Wycliff St, St Paul, MN 55114) is complete and the space is now available for lease. The 3,000 SF space was originally the penthouse of the Fisher Nut peanut factory. It lay vacant for years, but now it has been completely renovated into a brand-new office space.

“Everything is completely white walled and ready-to-go for the next user,” explains Matt. “We’ve added a common area, additional restrooms, kitchenette, and individual 1,000 SF private offices that are available for lease as well.”

Colin is quick to point out the space’s fantastic window line. “One of the best features of this space is the view. It’s one of the few locations in the area where one gets a view of both the Saint Paul skyline and the Minneapolis skyline.”
