As Suntide Commercial Realty celebrated its 40th anniversary, we wanted to do something special for owners Barb Schuba and Max Currie (along with our founders, Len and Denise Currie). Something that went beyond the usual anniversary speeches and celebrations. Something that reminded them of the impact they’ve made along the way.
So, we had a little surprise up our sleeves.
We reached out to brokers, employees, property owners, vendors, business partners, friends, and family, asking them to share their favorite memories, congratulations, and words of appreciation.
The result?
A surprise video compilation filled with heartfelt messages, laughter, and a few stories that might have otherwise gone untold.
And while the video was created to celebrate Barb, Max, Len, and Denise, it also reminded us of something bigger: Behind every successful business are the relationships that make it possible.
Over four decades, Suntide has grown into a full-service commercial real estate company offering brokerage, property management, construction, and interior design services. But growth doesn’t happen without challenges, changing markets, and the willingness to adapt.
What makes the difference?

That’s the culture Barb and Max have helped build, and it’s something our clients, partners, and employees experience firsthand.
