Matt Angleson has over 20 years of experience and has partnered over $110M in real estate ownership, leveraging expertise in site acquisition, timing, financial analysis, debt/equity sourcing, and asset management. Matt has worked with both small, locally owned businesses as well as large, publicly traded companies. Matt utilizes his expertise to help clients find, expand, or renew real estate leases and sales.
As a Senior Associate, Colin Olson has distinguished himself in representing institutional, local office, and industrial landlords. He also provides occupier advisory services and tenant representation to a growing list of clients. Large and small businesses alike benefit from Colin’s meticulous work ethic and creative problem solving. As such, he is a strong contributor to his clients’ collective and personal success.
