Suntide is expanding our brokerage department and we are positioned for notable growth in 2020. Jeff Hart and Kevin Peck, both formally with KW Commercial Midwest, joined the Suntide brokerage division as Senior Vice Presidents on January 1, 2020. Hart and Peck have been Principals at Suntide since 2017.
The addition of Hart and Peck is the onset of projected growth that has been slated for the new year. “Suntide is very excited about adding Kevin Peck and Jeff Hart to our team. Strategic plans are set to expand the three divisions of the company: property management, construction and brokerage. Suntide is positioned to bring on several new property management accounts and larger construction projects. Additional brokers and property managers will be added to support the growth.
Jeff Hart comes to Suntide with decades of experience as a leading broker in the Twin Cities specializing in building owner and tenant representation. Hart has completed over 6 million square feet of transactions and has had the pleasure of working with businesses from Fortune 500 companies such as AT&T, General Electric & Edward Jones to small 2-3 employee companies. Hart stated he “is thrilled to join such a long-standing, experienced real estate firm that is able to provide personal and customized solutions for his clients.”
Kevin Peck brings a wealth of experience in landlord and tenant representation, as well as non-traditional lease and sale experience for nonprofits, schools, and faith-based organizations. For over 14 years, his ability to brainstorm with a client to maximize the potential of a building or space, and his experience with non-traditional leases and sales has made Peck one of the most sought-out brokers for these transactions in the metro area.
