MITCH ROBERTSON

Director of Property Management

As Director of Property Management, Mitch oversees the Suntide management team. He joined Suntide in November of 2018. In addition to overseeing the property management department for Suntide, he is currently focusing on a portfolio of both retail and office properties in the Twin Cities metro area on behalf of both institutional and private investors.

Prior to joining Suntide, Mitch managed a diverse portfolio of real estate for both Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq and Colliers International which included medical, office, industrial, suburban office, retail, and a 1 million square foot, Class A office tower in the Minneapolis CBD. Mitch also spent time as a Leasing Representative for Emmes Realty Services focusing on new leasing and lease renewals for a 6 million square foot portfolio of retail properties located throughout the Midwest.

Mitch is currently a member of BOMA (Building Owners and Manager Association) and has served as a Board member for the St. Cloud State Real Estate Alumni Association.

Mitch attended St. Cloud State University where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate with a minor in Finance. Mitch is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Minnesota.
