Max Currie

President & Chief Engineer

Coming from a family with decades, if not generations, of real estate experience has placed Max Currie years ahead of his peers.

Max is currently Chief Engineer and Principal of Suntide. Max joined Suntide Commercial Realty in 2004 starting out as a maintenance personnel. Max expanded, trained, and supervised the maintenance department, eliminating the need for subcontracting work out to third party vendors.

Max then further advanced his career by researching, installing, and implementing large scale energy saving initiatives and clean energy installations such as solar and geothermal. These efforts have resulted in hundreds of thousands of dollars in savings for Suntide’s clients.

In 2013, Max began a construction and development company within Suntide and has now grown this part of the company into a very successful venture.

During Max’s downtime he enjoys rebuilding classic cars, kayaking, curling, and traveling.
