Suntide is currently looking for a coffee or sandwich shop to occupy the cornerstone location of the newly renovated Sewell Building in Saint Paul.
 
 
The Sewell Building, located at 2288 University Avenue, is currently undergoing a major renovation, with developments taking place daily at the site.

Looking for a Coffee Shop

We’d love to have a coffee shop to support the building’s office, industrial, and retail tenants, as well as the established community of business owners, breweries, and shops.
