The Suntide Construction team completed an office build-out for Resultati real estate in Lilydale, Minnesota. Resultati is a real estate firm that specializes in Big Box and Fortune 500 retailers. They were moving into a new location and wanted a space that encompassed their growing workforce, reflected their expertise, and allowed for collaboration.

 

Construction on this project included a complete demo, break room, multiple private offices, new flooring, paint, lighting, window coverings and a full height, glass conference room.

Interior design for this project was provided by Archimea Interior Design Services who provided the space plans and material selections. One notable feature is the reception area which features the Resultati wordmark installed on an elegant, split face wall constructed with Ritz Gray Marble tile and stone.
