KRISTYN SECAUR

Director of Construction Services

Kristyn has been a valued member of Suntide for over 12 years. She began as a Property Manager responsible for office and retail space throughout the Twin Cities. Throughout the years she has worn many hats including Business and Asset Development to her current role as Director, Construction Services.

Most notable was her direct involvement in the redevelopment of the Case building in 2018. Kristyn was directly responsible for the interior and exterior design of the project as well as management of all building and tenant build outs. The redevelopment of Case has been recognized throughout the commercial real estate industry.

Currently as Director, Construction Services, Kristyn oversees Suntide’s construction projects from beginning to end. This includes bidding projects, planning meetings, assisting clients with design and finish selections, gathering proposals, scheduling team members and vendors, tracking job costs, invoicing, and closing out the projects.

In her spare time, Kristyn enjoys tasting local brews, playing cards, camping with family and friends, and kayaking on the river in the summertime.
