JOY SUNDET

Controller

As Controller, Joy oversees the Accounting department, mentors and trains staff accountants, reviews financials in detail to help our clients receive the most out of their asset, manages the budget and operating cost adjustment processes, and approves bill payments.

Prior to Suntide, Joy was the Chief Financial Officer at MGM Property Management. She eventually branched off and started her own company, NorthSun Investing & Consulting, which she ran for for 10 years.

In her spare time, Joy enjoys playing the piano, walking her two dogs, and going on motorcycle rides with her partner.
