Matt Chambers is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over 15 years of experience in multifamily acquisitions and dispositions, as well as the leasing of ambulatory surgical centers across multiple states. He has successfully guided clients through the full transaction lifecycle, including due diligence, contract negotiation, and closing. His background includes working with a publicly traded company, private investors, and physician groups. He is highly skilled in financial analysis, market research, and identifying value-add opportunities.

Matt is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Real Estate and Infrastructure at Johns Hopkins University to further enhance his investment expertise.

Matt joined the Lee County/Horizon Council Development Finance Task Force in 2026, contributing his expertise to regional development and finance initiatives.

Matt is committed to making a positive impact beyond real estate. He supports St. Matthew’s House, donating a portion of his commissions to help combat hunger, homelessness, and addiction in the local community, demonstrating a commitment to impact beyond the closing table.

Matt and his wife, Katelyn, reside in Southwest Florida with their three children, Annabel, Isaac, and Naomi, and are excited to welcome their fourth child later this year.
