Tenant Build Out

In fall of 2024, the Suntide Construction team completed a tenant build out at Two Meridian Crossings, located in Richfield, Minnesota, for a 15,409 SF user. Nepsis, a financial planner, investor, and tax advisor group, was looking for a new, expanded location. Suntide Construction was able to construct the space in the fall and winter, and the company moved in earlier this month.

The new space includes a lobby with reception, inviting seating areas and fireplace, large open area, glass front private offices, state of the art break room, work areas, and multiple conference rooms. Construction included framing, paint, flooring, plumbing, electrical, custom millwork, tile backsplashes, and HVAC installation.
