- Manage key collection, utility transfer, fire/life safety and vendor contracts

Property Assessment
- Obtain property documents including contracts, COIs, leases, equipment information, and building plans.
- Identify issues contributing to distress such as repairs, operational inefficiencies, and inadequate leasing efforts.
Financial Analysis & Risk Reduction
- Review all physical and financial reports
- Pay vendor bills, collect rent, and implement strict budget control of finances

- Maintain preventative maintenance program for equipment and systems
