Once "the" property has been located, we will go to work for you to maximize the value of improvement allowances, while defining the most efficient use of space, and to negotiate the most favorable lease terms. When the design is finalized, we coordinate and review construction bids to ensure highest quality at best price. Finally, when the space is completed, we are able to coordinate the client move.
