Located on the Court & Case campus in the heart of the Twin Cities, Case sits in a prime St. Paul Midway location within walking distance from the Green Line. Formally a distribution center for Case tractor parts, the 170,000 SF building has been redeveloped to offer creative office, flex and retail space.

Case boasts a conference room, private showers and lockers along with ample bicycle storage. Case also shares additional amenities with the neighboring Court International building. The impressive 30,000 SF central atrium features 15’-18’ ceilings open to the deck, exposed spiral ductwork, glass garage door fronts and collaborative seating under large skylights.
