Property Manager

  • Manage day to day operations of commercial real estate
  • Correspond with clients, tenants and vendors
  • Obtain proposals for work; execute contracts
  • Perform property site inspections
  • Respond to building emergencies
  • Administer leases; follow up on rent collection
  • Assist in budget preparation and code bills for payment
  • Supervise vendors and maintenance employees; review work performed
  • Coordinate and arrange for routine maintenance and emergency repairs
  • Suggest and arrange for capital improvements
  • Other duties as assigned

Ideal candidate will be a self-starter, organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task. Must possess the ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally.  Software Knowledge to include: Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.  Candidate must have or be willing to obtain a Minnesota Real Estate Persons license and must have a driver’s license.  At least two years of property management experience required.Please send cover letter and resume to Ryan@suntide.com.

Administrative Assistant

Ideal Candidate should be organized, detail oriented, have the ability to multi-task, have working knowledge Microsoft Office, Excel and Word and at least 2 years’ experience in an office setting.   Please send cover letter and resume to Doreen@suntide.com

Building Maintenance Technician

  • Perform scheduled maintenance on commercial buildings and grounds
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair building and grounds as needed
  • Prioritize and manage daily work schedule
  • Respond and complete work order requests professionally and in a timely manner
  • Provide customer service to tenants and building owners
  • Purchase maintenance supplies as needed
  • Communicate with tenants and outside vendors
  • Update property managers with work performed and provide suggestions regarding repairs or replacements
  • Respond to after-hours calls as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Ideal candidate should have two years of maintenance experience.  This position requires some local travel between properties, therefore candidate should have valid MN Driver’s license.  Uniform, smart phone, company vehicle and tools are provided.
