The Accredited Management Organization (AMO) is a highly-coveted certification which may only be awarded to a commercial property management company who meets rigorous standards: demonstrated business stability and activity for at least three years, submittal of six or more letters of independent recommendation, must be able to uphold the Code of Professional Ethics, must be fidelity-bonded, and must hold both alterations and depositor’s forgery insurance coverage. Only 560 firms currently hold this prestigious accreditation – making them truly sought after by property owners and investors worldwide.

The Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA) is a nonprofit trade association. MSCA is the largest statewide organization devoted solely to the retail real estate industry. With over 320 companies and 780 members, the association represents developers, shopping center owners, brokers, property managers, retailers, attorneys, architects, appraisers, contractors and all professionals serving the Minnesota real estate industry.

The Midway Chamber of Commerce represents over 320 businesses and organizations that are dedicated to Building A Stronger Midway by being a catalyst for economic development, connecting employers with resources to recruit and retain a productive workforce, and providing services that help members grow their business.

The Commercial Receivers Association provides education, standardization, and networking opportunities for commercial receivers nationwide. Members have access to current information on the law and opportunities to participate in receiverships.

Archimea Interior Design Services is a member of the Commercial Interior Design Association (IIDA), a global organization that supports interior design professionals, industry affiliates, educators, students, firms, and their clients through our network of 15,000+ members across 58 countries. The organization advocates for advancement in education, design excellence, legislation, leadership, accreditation, and community outreach to increase the value and understanding of interior design as a profession that enhances business value and positively impacts the health and well-being of people’s lives every day.

Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) has been the source for education, resources, information and membership for real estate management professionals. An affiliate of the National Association of Realtors, IREM is the only professional real estate management association serving both the multi-family and commercial real estate sectors. With 80 U.S. chapters, eight international chapters and several other partnerships around the globe, IREM is an international organization that also serves as an advocate on issues affecting the real estate management industry. Barb Schuba of Suntide is also Certified Property Management certified (“CPM”) through IREM, and hold this AMO designation on the behalf of Suntide.

MNCAR (Minnesota Commercial Association of Real Estate) is a cooperative commercial real estate community.  With a track record of providing the most accurate information, future-focused education, and invaluable connections. The MNCAR vision is to be the preeminent resource connecting knowledgeable, commercial real estate brokers in Minnesota.  We aim to serve as a flagship model to other real estate associations and to provide industry leadership nationwide, and we have a searchable database of more than 114 million square feet of CRE space in Minnesota.

Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. A CCIM is an invaluable resource to the commercial real estate owner, investor, and user, and is among an elite corps of more than 9,000 professionals who hold the CCIM designation across North America and more than 30 countries. Nearly 10,000 additional professionals are pursuing the CCIM designation.
